Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves. Romans 1:24 KJV
Lawn care is defined as the maintaining of the health, color, and vitality of existing lawns throughout the year.
Some of the services done include pest control, weed control, fertilization, and soil testing.
There are some who do not properly take care of their grass.
They allow it to keep growing and spreading until things get out of control.
Pests and weeds begin to take over.
No one should desire to have a lawn that is overgrown with weeds and pests.
To get back to a proper state takes time and effort.
That is why the basic upkeep of a lawn is important.
The same holds true with our lives.
We have to monitor and take care of it properly.
When we fail to live according to the Word, sin can take over our lives like the weeds and pests in a lawn.
We this happens we have “changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things” (Romans 1:23 KJV).
It is not pleasing to the Father.
So much so, that Paul said, “Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves” (Romans 1:24 KJV).
Sometimes the Father lets us go through things to see what we really need to do.
So we can see how out of control things are getting.
We cannot afford to let sin govern our lives.
It causes more harm than good.
Discovering the Divine truth of how we are to maintain in life is the best option we have.
We are to be thankful that we have been given what we need to take loving care of our lives.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Father, help us to pull up all the sinful weeds that prevail in our lives. We do not want to have control over us. We desire to maintain and live according to Your Word. The more we do, the more we prosper and grow. Growing into the beautiful creations You designed us to be. Thank You for showing us what loving care really is.
