2 Corinthians 4:18 KJV
When we hear the word “invest”, we automatically think about the commitment of funds.
The purchasing of something with value.
One that has value for our future gain.
Investing in some things can be good, but they don’t always last.
They are temporary, not permanent.
The things of the world are always changing.
The best investment that any of us could make is to trust and live for Jesus Christ.
The grace of faith is the best thing to count on.
It is an effectual remedy against fainting in times of trouble.
It is in a market that never crashes.
Faith enables us to make the right judgment of things.
Gives us the wisdom to know the differences between the unseen things as well as the things that are seen.
Unseen things are eternal, seen things are temporary.
That is why we must look off from the things which are seen.
Worldly advantages can be things that cause us distress and fear.
Let us give diligence to make our future happiness sure.
We do this when we recognize the importance in getting ready for eternity.
By trusting in and living for Jesus Christ.
He is in a market that will never lose it’s value.
The treasures of the earth do not last.
Now is the time to invest in eternity.
The best investment we could ever make.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, we know the treasures of the earth do not last. That to trust in the Word is the best investment any one of us could make. Thank You for being there to guide in the right directions.
In Jesus Name We Pray, Amen
