1 Corinthians 3:9 KJV
A partnership is one in which the parties involved have the same interests.
They have a specific connection and responsibility for making sure things go well.
Partners, who don’t just sit back and look at things, but are also physically involved.
They understand that they don’t have to do things all alone.
They are working together.
As true servants of Christ, we know we can do nothing without him.
We all have our different gifts that the Lord has blessed us with.
They are gifts given for the very same purposes, which is to do God’s work.
The work that we do is to show others the purposes of God’s glory.
To tell them all about the salvation He desires of precious souls.
He knows our work, is there with us and will take care that we do not labour in vain.
Whether we work in the church or have another occupation, we must remember we are workers together with God and He will always be there to look after us.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Father, we know You really don’t need our help. That’s why we Thank You for giving us the opportunity to be in partnership with You. We know it is one that is special and our work will not be in vain.
