As servants of Christ, we hope to turn many from darkness to God.
To help heal souls by testifying about the power of the Holy Ghost.
But we tend to allow our feelings of dread and fear to take control.
The church is often like a ship at sea, tossed with temptations, and the feelings that we are not comforted.
We know that Christ is for us, yet we allow the winds and tides to form against us.
Just like it was a comfort to Christ’s disciples in a storm, we must remember that the Master is in the heavenly mount, interceding for us.
No difficulties can hinder Christ’s appearance for His people, when the set time is come.
When we are feeling breathless with anxiety, Jesus reassures us, that we can rest in His power.
He will silence our fears, by making Himself known to us.
Giving us the strength to face them and find peace.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, our comfort is in knowing that You will release us from all our fears. We just need to acknowledge and face them. So our spirits and our bodies can return to a state of rest. Thank You for the peace that “passeth all understanding (Philippians 4:7).”
In Jesus Name We Pray, Amen
