As the children of God, we often suffer and are often in tears.
We share the calamities of human life, and commonly have a greater share than others.
Our weeping must not hinder our sowing. We must continue to plant the seed of the Word in our lives.
We must be covered by it and make good from our times of affliction.
Knowing that what we sow, in the tears of godly sorrow, to the Spirit, shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
When we mourn for our sins, or suffer for Christ’s sake, we are sowing in tears, to reap in joy.
We are blessed and forever comforted.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Father, help us to not give up so quickly when it comes to walking in a Christian way. Knowing that our tears can turn to joy. Let our life be an example to others and lead them toward the Christian way of life too. Thank You for Your love and care.
