Today’s Reading: Romans 5:1-9
Today’s Verse: Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Romans 5:1 KJV
Peace is defined as a state of calmness and harmony.
It is free of violence and conflict.
Lasting peace is not found in the world.
We find it hard to deal with certain things.
As believers, we know that true peace will always be found in Jesus Christ.
Between God and man, He is the great Peacemaker and Mediator.
As Paul said, we are “justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ” (Romans 5:1 KJV).
He shows us how to deal with any situation in life.
Harmony can always be found.
His peace is a lasting state of happiness and satisfaction.
A peace that is unbreakable.
Unbreakable, despite what Satan may try to send our way.
The Holy Spirit lives within us.
Being justified by faith will always bring us peace.
Making it where we can approach the things of life with confidence.
We face them in a calm and peaceful manner.
Real peace only comes when we recognize the Lord’s loving sacrifice.
Now is the right time to recognize and surrender our hearts to Him.
To live a life filled with the peace He desires us to have.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Father, peace is ours for the asking. All we have to do is acknowledge to out hag we recognize the sacrifice of Jesus. The one made on our behalf. The one that brought us peace. We pray others come to know that now is the right time to surrender to Your will and to Your way. Thank You for the blessed changes You have made in our lives.
