Angels were heralds of the new-born Savior to the shepherds that were keeping their flocks.
We too can be graced in the way of Divine visits, when we abide in an honest calling, and abide with God in it. Giving Him the honor and the glory.
God manifested His good-will to us when He sent the Messiah, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to die for us, redeeming us from sin.
In this season, let us be even more delivered from doing those things that the Lord has redeemed us from and focus more on the things He has placed in our hearts.
He came to overcome the things of the world.
For this we give Him praise. A praise because His sending of the Messiah, brought peace and the gift of life into this world.
All because Christ took on our nature, He made it possible for us to ask for forgiveness and live according to the Word, leading us to a life ending in Glory.
Let us present Him with a gift that glorifies Him.
Let us be messengers and bring others to Him.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, Your birth was the beginning of man’s redemption. You suffered and died for us and made it possible to ask for forgiveness and be forgiven. The message is still the same today. We give glory to Your Name and pray that all come to know You and receive the gift of eternal life.
