GPS, stands for Global Positioning System. It is a radio navigation system that allows land, sea, and airborne users to determine their exact location, velocity, and time 24 hours a day. It can be used in all weather conditions, anywhere in the world.
It is a wonderful tool to have.
But with the world ever changing the instructions for use also change. The directions for reaching our destination can change. If we don’t keep up with all the changes or buy updated equipment we will get lost.
No one wants to be found in that situation. It can be very frustrating.
The good news, there is an even better GPS, not made by man. It never changes. The only frustration is when we don’t follow the Navigator’s instructions.
It is “God’s Positioning System.”
The best tool to have for our natural and spiritual beings.
No matter how much the natural world changes, God’s directions do not.
We can navigate on land, sea, and air.
Through our reading and following the directions of the Word, Jesus helps us to determine where we are in life and how quickly we change our actions or directions.
Jesus is with us 24 hours a day, in all weather conditions, anywhere in the world.
His desire is to lead us and keep us heading in the right direction.
A direction that leads us in the way of truth, and a life everlasting.
A direction that leads us to God, the Father, who is waiting for us in Heaven.
Christ is the only way to Heaven. All other ways are detours that lead to doom.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, You are the best GPS system we could ever ask for. You lead and guide us in the right directions all day long. Believing in You as the Mediator between God and man is a comfort. We know happiness is ours as we travel in the Word, with Heaven and a Blessed reunion our final destination. Thank You Lord.
