A Willing Sacrifice

For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.  Romans 5:6 KJV

Strength endurance is defined as a combination of strength and endurance abilities.

Our capacity or ability to withstand great force or pressure.

A person lacks capacity if their mind is impaired or disturbed in some way, which means they’re unable to make a decision at that time.

Our strength abounds when we have the ability to overcome resistance or to act against resistance.  Any condition of sin or weakness.

When we are able to exert ourselves so as to counteract or defeat and resist temptations.

Christ died to save us, not in our sins, but from our sins.

Giving us the ability to overcome any condition of sin or weakness. To defeat any temptations that come our way.

God allowed this to happen to deliver us from sin, and to work a great change in the world and in our lives.

Through Christ, the gift of the grace of God abounds.

Christ did this for all mankind and will not cast out any who are willing to come to him.

A WORD OF PRAYER

Lord, there are many who still choose to remain under the dominion of sin and death. Missing out on the many blessings of grace that God desires to bestow on them. May they hear Your Word and come to You to receive the strength they need to resist sin and temptation.  Thank You for the sacrifice You made on our behalf.

In Jesus Name We Pray, Amen
