Many people may try to say that they are the reason for all of their accomplishments.
Grant it we all put in great efforts to achieve a lot in our lifetime.
But when we really think about it, we can see how far the riches of God’s grace have brought us.
For it is by His grace that we obtained the wisdom and knowledge to get us where we are in life.
Breaking the bonds of Satan and sin.
No longer conforming to this world and giving the impression that we have accomplished things all on our own.
Only boasting that it was through our faith in God, our conversion, and our eternal salvation that we have made it this far. Not because of anything done by us.
Grace and Faith go hand in hand.
A WORD OF PRAYER
God, Thank You for preparing us to battle the things in life that can make us boastful. Thank You for blessing us with the knowledge of Your will and allowing the Holy Spirit to produce such a change in us, that we should glorify You. Glorifying You by our good conversation, and our determination to live holy.
