It is good to know that God helps us to know when to say yes to a situation and when to say no.
When we listen to Him satisfaction will be ours. When we do not, we literally turn away from Him and find ourselves in a sinful state.
Because of His grace we can handle anything that comes our way. His strength is all that we need.
The apostle was often in bonds, imprisoned, and in need.
Through it all, he learned to be content, understood the state of his condition, and made the best of it.
An example of why we should not let the many circumstances we face, favorable or unfavorable cause us to be dissatisfied.
We must continue to pray for patience and humbly submit ourselves to the Lord’s way.
He is our strength and our guide through all things.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, just like the apostle, we know we can do all things through You. You are the strength that we need to prosper in this life. We give praises unto God. For allowing You to be the guidance we need in all the fears and battles we face. We give glory to God as a Father. For His grace and favor. For our strength.
