Food is any substance consumed to provide nutritional support for an organism.
Good food means that it enhances the condition of the consumers and the growers.
Just like good food is an essential element of good nutrition and healthy development, so is the Word of God.
What we say not only affects others, but it also affects us.
Our words can be wonderful when used in a proper way. They can encourage, edify and give confidence to the hearer.
Just like when the Lord speaks to us, the right word spoken at the right time can actually be life-changing.
God’s Word is the meat needed for those that believe.
Just like Christ was spreading the Word, the knowledge He has given us should forever be used to spread God’s Word throughout our families, friends and all mankind. Aiding them in finding health and salvation for their spirits and souls.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, Your Word is food for our souls. It is forever nourishing and giving us all that we need to grow and prosper in this life. Good things will follow those that hope in God’s word. May we continue to do the will of God and finish the work that is set before us.
