I love to watch the Hershey’s TV Commercial with the two little girls, Ava and Olivia.
They are playing a game where each time a statement is true they take a piece of Hershey’s chocolate.
They giggle over who is tallest or who is better at eating vegetables.
Finally, they are asked who is better at sharing their chocolate.
Both girls pause.
Olivia picks up a piece and sweetly hands it over to Ava.
That’s what the Lord wants to see in all of us.
The desire to be kind, warm-hearted, gentle and affectionate one to another.
To let harmony and love abound, forsaking all selfish actions and evil.
A Godly love that is plentiful and meant to be shared.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, it is often said that we should kill evil with good. It can be hard sometimes, but we are thankful for the fact that we have You in our lives. Making it possible for us to live in harmony, love and kindness no matter the situation. Thank You Savior.
