Trying to do our best, with excellent results as the ultimate goal.
Building our self-esteem and confidence in our abilities.
How do we work towards excellence?
First and foremost we learn from the best. Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He is the best “Role Model” we have.
The Lord has a set plan for each of us. We must have a strong desire to achieve it.
We should never stop studying and adhering to the Word.
Wisdom, knowledge and using what we learn will keep us in His ways.
We also have to believe in ourselves.
We are called to reflect His image by representing Him in the world. If He believes in us, we should believe in ourselves.
We are to never give up, but to work really hard and stay on track.
Our excellence is achieved when we continue to run this race, no matter how hard it gets and keeping heaven in our view.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, we all have a higher calling on our lives. Goals we want to achieve in life. Help us to realize that our first goal is to learn about You and give our lives to You. Knowing that everything will go according to Your will.
