We all have some sort of plan for our lives.
It doesn’t always turn out the way we planned.
We often change course and find ourselves going in the wrong direction.
The Lord has laid out a safe course for us in His Word.
If we stay on course, with His guidance, we can’t go wrong.
The psalmist knew this and that is why he prayed, “O send out thy light and thy truth: let them lead me.”
He knew God’s light and truth was what he needed to stay on course.
Things in life can get us off course, but the Bible, God’s Word, is the course of obedience we should follow.
By doing so, we stay on path to receive the blessings He has for us.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, although we may not always follow the course You have for our lives, we thank You for providing the protection and spiritual guidance we need. Your guidance is always timely and prepares us for future endeavors. Thank You so much for the love and careYou bestow on us.
