Psalm 121:7 KJV
In these days and times, many of us have some sort of security system, or other means, to protect ourselves and our households.
We don’t want anything to happen to us, our family or our belongings.
Unfortunately, sometimes we can’t rely on them to work or be there for our protection.
Our best source of protection is the Lord.
He is our “24 Hour” security system.
There to protect us, all day and night, from all hurt, harm and danger.
From all the secret attempts of the enemy.
The writer of Psalms recognized this need for God’s protection. That the Lord was with him.
When we put our trust in the Lord, He preserves our souls.
Preserves us so that we are not taken by sin.
So we do not suffer any emotional or mental afflictions.
The Lord is our protection for life.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, You are the best security system anyone could ask for. Your Spirit, is our Preserver and Comforter, that is with us forever. Let us be found telling others of Your work and how You are the greatest protection anyone can have. Thank You for our blessings.
