Ephesians 4:26 KJV
Many of us use alarms. They “go off” to signal us that it is time to get up, take care of something, or warn us of dangers.
Anger is an emotion that is like an alarm that “goes off” within us.
We could be having a peaceful day and something causes this emotion to show itself.
There are times when anger brings our attention to an injustice in the world and should be addressed.
Our anger is also triggered when we feel our personal expectations, rights or privileges have been violated.
Expressing our anger is human nature, but we need to do it in a godly manner. The best way to handle any and everything.
When we don’t, we give place to the devil and sin. Which causes more grief than good.
The Lord is there to help us handle any situation.
Adhere to the Word so that when it is all said and done, we will have peace.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Thank You Lord for helping us direct our anger in a godly manner. For changing our hearts and minds to be a vessel of peace. So that at the end of the day we find rest.
In Jesus name we pray, Amen
