In these days and times, it is not uncommon to try to find things that we love and are good for our bodies, minds, and spirits.
Things that are pure and help us to maintain a healthy life.
When we find the right thing, we love it and want to keep it.
Spiritually, the “Word is very pure” and as a servant of the Lord, we should love it (Psalms 119:140).
There is nothing in it that does us harm.
It is great for the body, mind, and spirit.
It has everything we need to free us from sin.
Our hearts stay clean as we read the Word and realize the areas in our lives that need to be changed.
Pure living increases the more we work together with the Holy Spirit to live as a redeemed child of the Lord.
The Word never changes, is always pure and when You try it, you will love it.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Father, it is a blessing to know that Your Word is pure and never changes. Once we receive and believe, it won’t be hard to read it daily. Loving and want more of it. It is the greatest thing to happen in our lives.
