Crucified To Bring New Life

I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.  Galatians 2:20 KJV

Our lives are subject to go in many, or different, directions.

They are changeable, unpredictable and often times distressing.

We don’t know whether we are coming or going.

Human nature, our flesh-way of thinking, takes over.

When Christ was put to death, by the nailing of His hands and feet to a cross, He gave us the ability to destroy the power of the flesh.

As believers, we were crucified with Him and sin no longer has the ability to inflict any doubts or pain upon us.

We should no longer doubt our ability to make it through any situation that comes our way.

Although we may live in the flesh, we do not live after the flesh.

We are standing in the comforts and grace of the Lord.

Knowing that He loves us so much as to give His life for us all.

A WORD OF PRAYER

Lord, the old me is crucified, but the new me is living.   Sin no longer dominates my life.  Your grace is quickened in me. The life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith.  A faith that is centered on Your Word and the love You have for me.  Thank You Lord.

In Jesus Name We Pray, Amen
