As a part of life, we spend a lot of time doing the things we like or love.
Our devotion to family, volunteer work, our jobs, are just some of the ways we show it.
In Romans, the Apostle Paul ministers to the Romans.
He urges them to use these gospel principles that God has given them.
Principles that make for a better life.
As believers, and because of all the mercies God has bestowed on us, our number one devotion should be to dedicate our lives to Him.
Presenting our bodies as a living sacrifice, holy, and acceptable unto Him.
To follow the same gospel principles the Apostle Paul spoke to the Romans about.
It is a fair and sensible thing for any of us to do. Especially after all that God has done and is doing for us.
Let us render ourselves, all that we are, all that we have and all that we can do.
All in an effort to show our love, gratitude and adherence to the Word.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, we come before You, thanking You for Your sacrifice and asking for forgiveness. Forgiveness for anything we have done that is not like You. May we continue to receive God’s mercies and present our bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto Him. We know that it can be done if we just believe and keep the faith.
In Jesus name we pray, Amen
