Faith and Hope go “hand in hand.”
They are closely related.
Faith is the confidence or trust we place in a person or thing.
Hope is the optimistic attitude, or strength, we have based on our expectations or desires.
Faith says it is so now, and Hope says in the future it can come to pass.
Our Hope in God shows we have confidence in His promises.
That because of His faithfulness, we find strength.
No matter the afflictions or circumstances we face, the feelings of guilt or embarrassment won’t overtake us, because of our belief in His promises.
All of our Hope is sealed because the Holy Spirit is a Spirit of love and secured in our hearts.
A love that God spreads far and wide in the hearts of all that believe.
Hope won’t disappoint us.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, Hope means we will continue to serve You and gain an abundant life. A faith-way of showing that no matter the circumstances we know You are there. That Your Word is true. Providing the Spiritual guidance that we need. That eternal life is ours if we prevail. Thank You Lord.
