God’s Grace Greatest When You Really Let Him Lead

Read: Psalms 23

He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Psalms 23:3 KJV

Life is full of ups and downs.

We have a tough time trying to figure out which way to go.

How we are going to manage our situations.

All our hope is gone.

David is a prime example of someone who faced many obstacles in life.

Times when he wanted to give up and end it all.

But he had confidence that the Lord could bring him through it all.

That is why he wrote this Psalm.

He knew that he could always pray to the Father.

Knowing that God was the One to lead and guide him.

He was determined to walk on the “paths of righteousness” (Psalms 23:3 KJV).

It was a pleasant way that let him find peace.

The lack of satisfaction and distrust comes from unbelief.

It hinders our faith walk.

We may not understand the “why” right now, but someday we will.

God has a purpose for everything that comes in our lives.

Like David, we must put our trust in knowing that the Lord cares.

Listening to Him when He speaks to us.

No matter what our situation in life, take it to the Lord in prayer.

We can rest assured that the Father is there for us.

A WORD OF PRAYER

Father, our lives are full of ups and downs. That there is a purpose for all that we go through. We may not understand it all now, but we will in the end. We are thankful that Your loving hands are there to lead and guide us. To take away all the burdens and fears. To help us make it through it all. We will always be victorious when we put our trust in You. We appreciate it all.

In Jesus’ Name We Pray, Amen
