Sayings are meaningful expressions that generally contains advice or wisdom.
One saying reads,
“We don’t meet people by accident. They are meant to cross our path for a reason.” – Unknown
We all encounter people who we may not choose to have in our lives, but there is reason we cross paths.
We have always been told that no one meets by accident.
In the end, we realize that some of the people we meet was to be a positive impact in our lives.
We don’t know where we’d be without their influence.
Many of them speak as living testimonies for all that they have been through.
In this passage, Paul had a true message for the people concerning his own conversion and call to the apostleship.
It was a faithful saying, with true and faithful words, which we can depend on,
Words that told the people, that the Son of God came into the world, willingly and purposely to save sinners.
With Paul’s example before us, we can, without question, see the love and power that Christ exhibited to save us.
We should all desire to put our trust in Him.
After all He is the Son of God, who once died on the cross for us all.
Now reigning upon the throne of glory.
Reigning, on high, to save all that will come to God through him.
All the more reason for us to admire and praise the grace of God our Saviour.
To show all that, in your life, the Word has met with a favorable reception.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, thank You for giving us the wisdom, courage, and knowledge to express Your love for mankind by the giving of Your life. May we do as Paul did and let others know about the love You have for us all. That they also will have the ability to tell others. Receiving the everlasting love You bestow on us all.
