Making The Change

Now when the Pharisee which had bidden him saw it, he spake within himself, saying, This man, if he were a prophet, would have known who and what manner of woman this is that toucheth him: for she is a sinner.  Luke 7:39 KJV

Making changes in our lives involves changing our habits and our attitudes.

We all need to remodel some things in our lives.  Creating something new.  Undergoing a total reorganization.

Repentance is the ultimate change we should all make in our lives.

A change that directs us to God and all of His ways.

Just like the Pharisees in this chapter, there will be those who look at our past behaviors instead of rejoicing and providing encouragement in our desire to change.

All have sinned in some way, shape or form.

That’s why the Lord died on the cross and bestows love and grace on us all.

Don’t let what others think or say hinder you.

Don’t let your past hinder you.

Remembering that when we express our sorrow for the sins we have committed and express our love to Christ, all is forgiven.

Make the change.

A WORD OF PRAYER

Lord, a wonderful change comes to our lives when we confess and repent of our sins.  When we put our faith and trust in You, our past is gone and we are made new.  We thank You for the grace and mercy we receive.

In Jesus name we pray, Amen
