A quest narrative is a story in which the main figure is in a real situation.
A situation in which they are working tirelessly toward achieving a goal.
Something they have an all-consuming passion for.
There is also a narrator.
The one who tells the story.
They can also be a full participant in the story’s action.
The Lord is our narrator. The one who tells our story.
He is also involved in the narrative. He knows all about our lives and fully participates in them.
He knows how to conduct things.
He wants everything to go well and how our story ends.
Throughout our story the Lord speaks.
His voice is powerful and majestic.
No matter our narrative, we should listen with the ears of faith and hear the voice of the Lord.
It is very appealing, full of power and majesty.
A voice of authority, greatness, dignity, honor, and excellence.
A Voice of Power and Majesty that knows how our story ends.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, let our hearts be filled with a desire to listen to Your voice. As it is filled with the power and majesty deserving of all the glory and praise. May we continue to tell others that You are the greatest Narrator. About the narratives You have presented. The glorious outcomes we have seen.
