It can be difficult for some to admit their guilt to something they have done.
Sometimes there is a feeling that they are doing the right thing but in essence they are not.
Others see it and try to get them to admit their guilt and hopefully get them to vow to do better.
But it is totally up to that person.
None of us are perfect and we all have to own up to our mistakes.
God has given testimony to the sinfulness of the world.
He did this by providing a sufficient, effectual Sacrifice for sin.
Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
That is why we should continually confess our sins.
We should have total faith to the blood of that Sacrifice.
Let us plead guilty before God.
Let us be humble, and willing to know the worst of our case.
We should honestly confess all our sins in their full extent.
Through the righteousness of Christ, we can rely totally on His mercy and truth.
Then and only then will we receive free and full forgiveness, with deliverance from the power and practice of sin.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Father, we know that when we confess our shortcomings, You will cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Sins that are seen and unseen. Thank You for our deliverance from sin. Making us a temple wholly fit for Thee.
In Jesus Name We Pray, Amen
