This Is the Greatest Source of Protection Ever Found

Today’s Reading: Proverbs 18:6-13

Today’s Verse: The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe. Proverbs 18:10 KJV

Growing up, when storms came, they were sometimes scary. There was the sound of thunder. Time when lightning lit up the sky.

Our parents would tell us to get somewhere and sit down until it passed. To stay away from the windows. If we did not, the lightning would strike us.

So, every time a storm came, we would run to our place of safety.

In ancient times, a strong tower was a place of refuge. It was a source of protection during times of attack.

As Christians, when the storms begin to rage in our lives, we have a place of safety.

God will always provide a secure refuge for those who seek Him.

His Divine power is made known in and through Jesus Christ.

All we have to do is call on His name. He is a strong tower. Our strength where we are weak. Our hope and our future. The source of all things good. He is our shelter. Great protection from our enemies.

The righteous can always run to Him and find safety in Him (Proverbs 18:10).

He has the power and authority over every situation we face in life.

The more we live righteously, we learn to put our trust in Him. The more we seek His help and protection, we know we are safe.

The Father always provides security and shelter for His children.

The days of the thunderstorms will come. Times when we need someone to help us make it through.

Never forget, the Lord is there to take our hands and see us through our storms.

He is our Savior, Keeper, and Friend.

A WORD OF PRAYER

Father, Your Divine power. It will always be known to us through Your Son, Jesus. He will always be our strong tower. The One we can find shelter in. Always there to help us through any situation that we face. There is nothing so great that He cannot handle. You always finish what You have started. You always complete what You have begun. The enemy is defeated. We have nothing to fear. Thank You for taking our hands and seeing us through.

In Jesus’ Name we pray, Amen
