Patiently Waiting

I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.  Psalm 40:1 KJV

The things we desire in life, don’t always come the way we want or when we want them.

Our emotions put us in a state of anxiety or anxiousness.

An emotional state that can put us in a position resulting in more harm than good.

When we lean on the Lord and His promises, we learn how to wait patiently.

Thus preparing ourselves to act in a more favorable manner, despite the situation.

Showing that we have the tolerance to handle delays, problems, or sufferings.

All because of patience, our belief in the Lord for strength, courage and deliverance is shown.

An emotion that is much needed in these days and times.

Our way of acknowledging that we know He hears our cry.

A WORD OF PRAYER

Lord, doubts and fears are a part of life.  Our patience to wait on You for guidance will deliver us.  Giving us the strength and courage we need. Let us keep believing, hoping, and praying. Knowing You will hear our cry.

In Jesus name we pray, Amen
