Provisions: Great Sources That Will Make Your Life Better

Today’s Reading: Psalms 145:10-21/ Matthew 6:9-15

Today’s Verse: The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth. Psalms 145:18 KJV

Provision is the act of arranging or preparing for something.

Our daily needs is one of them.

For many, we keep a supply of food and drink on hand.

Equipment that may be needed.

A designated amount of money.

Things packed for an unexpected journey.

It can be overwhelming when we try to make sure we have everything we need.

But we know it is necessary.

It is a blessing to know that when a spiritual need arises, we have no need to worry.

The Word tells us “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:19 KJV).

God is the Creator of the universe.

He is Master of all things.

Always making provisions for financial security, healing, deliverance, peace, joy, and authority over difficulties.

We gain it through our knowledge of Jesus, our Savior.

When we make every effort to live according to the Word.
Prayer is the voice of faith.

Prayer will always be the key to gaining the knowledge needed.

The more we pray, He will continue to dwell in us.

It is good to know that the Father is always ready to hear and answer our prayers.

We have access to Him any time of the day.

He knows what we need, even before we ask (Matthew 6:8 KJV).

The more we stay in the Word, we are spiritually fed.

That is why the Savior encourages us to pray. “Give us this day our daily bread” (Matthew 6:11).

He knows this is what gives us the strength we need to survive.

So whatever we may be struggling with today, remember the Lord is near to all who call on Him (Psalms 145:18 KJV).

All we have to do is call.

To “call upon [Him] in truth.”

In the end, thanking and praising Him for what He has done.

A WORD OF PRAYER

Father, it is the voice of faith You hear when we come to You in prayer. We come trusting that You know and care about what we are going through. We want to walk in Your ways. Thank You for always being thee for us. For being near to all that call upon You. We really do appreciate it. You are the Keeper of our souls.

In Jesus Name We Pray, Amen
