We were not saved from our sins and brought into the family of God because of our good works, or righteous deeds.
There is nothing we have done or could ever do that would qualify or disqualify us for salvation.
Our salvation is because of the kindness and love of God.
Because He is rich in mercy and not willing that any of us should perish, but that all should come to repentance and turn from their sins.
He washed away our sins and gave us new life in Christ, by the power of His Holy Spirit.
Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your grace and mercy towards us. Thank You that You have washed away our sins and made us a new person in Christ. That through our leaning on the power of the Holy Spirit we are renewed day by day.
