This is the Time – Always Remember – “Who’s More Powerful!”

Read: Galatians 3:1-6 / Galatians 5:16-26

Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh? Galatians 3:3 KJV

There will always be a time in our lives when we want to do things our way.

We know what we should be doing, but we let something lead us in another direction.

Things in our lives become frustrating.

We become spiritually exhausted.

It will always happen when we continue to try to make life work on our terms and by our schedules.

We know we are to keep our faith in God.

Asking ourselves, “Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?” (Galatians 3:3 KJV).

The flesh is nothing compared to the Spirit.

Let us never forget that the Spirit of Christ lives within all believers (Romans 8:9-11 KJV).

Even though the Spirit may be silent when we are trying to live our way.

It is when we once again begin to trust in His leadership that we see how real and powerful He is in our lives.

That is what the Christians of Galatia had to learn.

Their eyes were blinded by the things of the world.

By various men and means.

They had to be reminded of the need to trust in a crucified Savior.

None of us should forget that in our work for Christ we will not accomplish anything without the power of the Spirit.

That we need to be renewed daily in His strength and in His ways.

A WORD OF PRAYER

Father, it is foolish for any of us to go against Your will. To let flesh and the things of the world take the lead in our lives. We must defeat sin and walk in the newness of life. A beautiful life that can only be found in You. Where there are an abundance of good fruits that only come through Christ. All that give glory unto You. Thank You for making it where sin cannot reign in our lives.

In Jesus’ Name We Pray, Amen
