Psalms 94:19 KJV
So many things happen in our lives, to the point we are overwhelmed with thoughts of how we can handle it all.
These thoughts are not always troublesome, but the ones that are leave us stressed and feeling like we are all alone.
David had many troubling thoughts regarding his situations and the route he should take to bring things to an end.
Just like David, we get baffled and distressed about God and why things are happening like they are.
No matter what we think, our comfort always comes from knowing that the Lord is on our side.
We have to continue to pray, looking at the great and precious promises that He has given us in the Word.
Great and precious promises that bring peace, pleasure, and smiles that the world and all of it’s troubles, can’t take away.
All the things that delight our souls.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, we have so many thoughts that can cause us trouble. We pray that our thoughts will change for the better, and from there, continue to bring comfort and delight to our souls.
