Peace, something we have all desired.
A freedom from all the disturbances that life brings.
A freedom from interruptions that are sometimes so unsettling, that we don’t know which way to go.
We just want things to be calm.
As believers, we can always have peace. We just need to follow God’s lead.
God’s peace moves us to a place where we understand that when we keep our hearts and minds focused on the Word, through Jesus Christ, that is what we will have.
A peace that allows us to move from a place of unrest to a place of calm.
It gives us a sense of relaxation because we are in harmony with God.
So our relationship with Jesus, keeps our hearts and minds focused on the Word and from sinning in the times of trouble.
Peace, just one of the many blessings He has in store for us all, if we believe.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Heavenly Father, through all our weaknesses and fears, You give us peace. A peace that calms us and gives us hope for brighter moments and days. Thank You for Your grace and favor, which was purchased for us through the death and resurrection of Christ. For granting us a peace that passeth all understanding.
