Proverbs 3:6 KJV
With anything in life we need some directions.
When we acknowledge this fact, we take the time to seek the assistance we need to achieve our goals.
Sometimes it’s hard to receive what is being said, but when we have counseled with someone who has the knowledge and experience, we should be able to trust what we hear.
The best counselor to consult in any situation in our lives is our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
He only speaks the truth, will never lead us astray or give misinformation.
We need to recognize the importance of receiving wise counsel and be thankful to the Lord for it.
When we submit, the Lord will do as He promised and direct our paths.
Direct our paths in the way that is safe and gives us the best things in life.
Remembering this verse will keep us going in the right direction and never let us be lost.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, may we accept the truth of Your Word. Helping us to recognize the importance in resting on Your promises. Promises that You would never leave us nor forsake us. We vow to continue to acknowledge all that You are telling us to help us grow in knowledge and live a true life.
