Worldly Flesh Gone

Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.
2 Corinthians 5:16 KJV

To be “newly made” means it is something that was recently made, produced or harvested.

It’s just like the aroma of fresh bread coming out of an oven.

The fresh scents from blossoming flowers in a nursery.

The harvesting of fresh produce from a garden.

Things we can obtain on a daily basis.

That’s what we are, “newly made” when we reconcile with God through Christ.

When we do this, we will no longer be living in worldly flesh but in a Spiritual flesh.

Having a new aroma, filling the  atmosphere with success.

Daily reading the Word.  Allowing It to blossom in our hearts.

Harvesting all the blessings the Lord has for us.

We are the product of God, created to do good works.

The time is right to be regenerated and reconciled to God through Jesus Christ.

Letting the Word blossom in our lives.

A WORD OF PRAYER

Lord, as a newly made man, let us act upon the changes You desire to make to our worldly flesh.  Producing the Spiritual flesh we need to have, giving us the fresh anointing we need to do Your will.  Thank You for the regeneration and reconciliation You have afforded us.

In Jesus name we pray, Amen
