But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. James 1:4 KJV

We are living in a time where getting things quickly, not having a long wait, is what we want.

We should not let the spirit of impatience overtake us.

Waiting patiently should not be a trying experience.

Doing things in haste causes too many errors.

Errors that can cause us more harm than good.

In the New Testament, the epistle of James, presents instructive writings, sharing what  the practical duties of all believers should be.

Patience is a virtue.

Patience is our ability to accept or tolerate any delays, troubles, or sufferings, that may occur in our lives, without getting angry or upset.

It should be exhibited no matter what is said or done and not let  any powerful or compelling emotion take control.

We all know this can be hard, but with the Lord on our side, we can do it.

When we let patience have her perfect work in our lives, we will be made perfect and complete in the Lord, wanting nothing.

A great reward for being patient.

A WORD OF PRAYER

Lord, We are not praying to ask for the removal of affliction, but for the wisdom to know how to make the right use of it. We know it won’t be easy, but we have to try. Keeping our actions and words steady so we may be perfect and complete in You Lord.

In Jesus name we pray, Amen
