Cleaned: Inside And Out

For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.
1 Thessalonians 4:7 KJV

Nobody is clean all day long.

If we were there would be no need to take a shower, a bath, or constantly wash our hands.

All the things necessary to keep our bodies clean.

The fact that we realize this and do something about it, shows that we have and utilize our knowledge when it comes to cleansing.

Cleansing, our way to prevent health issues and spread germs to our families and others around us.

Things that we learned from our childhood days.

That’s what the Lord wants us to do to maintain our spirits and souls.

Do a daily cleansing that frees us from all contamination and uncleanness.

This is done by adhering to the Word.  Listening to what the Lord says.

Once we do this, we have a true cleansing that results in us restraining ourselves from doing anything that is not pleasing to the Lord.

A true cleansing that results in the sanctification and renewal of our souls.

A true cleansing that allows us to abound in faith and to heed to the commands of the Lord from that point forward.

Remembering to do a constant cleansing of our minds, bodies, spirits and souls, allows us to think and live as true children of God.

A WORD OF PRAYER

Lord, we know that You have not called us to live unholy, but to stand on Your Word as we strive to clean up our lives daily. Bringing our spirits and souls back into holiness, keeping them there, so we are able to walk before You.  Thank you for teaching us and enabling us to do it.

In Jesus name we pray, Amen
