Redeeming The Time

See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.  Ephesians 5:15-16 KJV

Directions are given to us in many forms.

Some examples would be, following a cooking recipe, how to take medicines, how to program a television, or any type of installations.

We have to take careful consideration of all our actions to avoid mistakes and bad outcomes.

We have to take our time and do things accordingly.

Time is given by God and we must use it wisely or it will be lost.

I was reading a devotional and someone made a wonderful suggestion for redeeming time.

Take time to pray – it’s a source of power.

Take time to read – it’s a foundation of wisdom.

Take time to play –  it’s a secret of youth.

Take time to be friendly – it’s a path to happiness.

Take time to laugh – it’s the music of the soul.

Take time to dream – it’s a road to greater vision.

Take time to love – it’s Godlike.

Truly wise ways to spend our time.

A WORD OF PRAYER

Lord, every second, minute, hour or day should be time well spent. We can’t redeem the time lost, but we can strive to utilize it better.  Eternal existence is our goal, therefore we will strive to redeem our time more wisely by following Your directions.

In Jesus name we pray, Amen
