Antique refers to something that is over 100 years old and in its original condition. Something of value.
I have, on occasion, watched the “Antiques Roadshow”, a PBS show where individuals bring in items that they either inherited, bought at a yard sale, in a thrift store or obtained some other way, to assess their value.
It is amazing to see how so many items that have been long forgotten or overlooked are of value and brought back to life.
The apostle Paul knew the value of proving the resurrection of Christ from the dead.
The fact that we are saved from our sins and need to remain humble and faithful to His Divine grace.
The Word never loses its value and will last for generations to come.
That it is a truth that we can stand on no matter what is going on in our lives.
Don’t be one of them that falls asleep, keep the faith and spread the Word.
The Word grows in value, every hour of the day.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord we thank you for the sacrifice You made on our behalf. That Your Word will grow in value. May we continue to obey Your commands and increase in faith.
