For his eyes are upon the ways of man, and he seeth all his goings.
Job 34:21 KJV
I am a fan of crime shows.
I love to see the techniques they use to identify and detect fingerprints.
They can spray a certain film on them. place them under a special light and the print appears.
They then attempt to match them to the prints they have on file.
It makes it easier for them to apprehend and convict criminals.
The way society is, there are cameras all around so even when someone tries to destroy the one near them, there are others that may have captured them committing the crime.
But with anything technology driven there will be flaws and issues.
Man is subject to limitations, but our God is not.
His abilities are without limits.
He sees and knows everything that we are doing in our lives (Job 34:21)
It should be a frightening thing to a sinner.
To really realize that God knows their every thought and deed.
To be like Job and say, “He knoweth the way that I take” (Job 23:10 KJV).
The old school saints would say “What’s done in the dark always comes to the Light, your sins will find you out”.
No matter how much we try to cover our sins up, He sees them.
He has a way of letting us know when we have done something wrong.
That He is always there to give us a wake up call.
Always there, giving us a chance to correct our mistakes.
It is up to us to change our ways and live according to the Word.
It is so reassuring to those who have been redeemed.
To all who have accepted being one of His own.
Nothing can make our souls uneasy when we dwell at ease in God.
Knowing His eyes are upon us every day of our lives.
Keeping us from all hurt, harm and danger.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Father, help us to remember that no matter what the world smiles at and finds appealing may not be what You desire for us. You see and know everything about our lives and what is best for us. Everyday brand-new mercies and blessings flow our way. It is up to us to remain steadfast. To rebuke anything the devil sends our way. We don’t have to worry about the things ahead. It is up to us to live right and believe in what You have said. Thank You for watching over us.
In Jesus’ Name We Pray, Amen
