God’s Presence

And he said, Certainly I will be with thee; and this shall be a token unto thee, that I have sent thee: When thou hast brought forth the people out of Egypt, ye shall serve God upon this mountain. Exodus 3:12 KJV

There are times when someone we know is going through something, be it a health issue or personal matters.

Being someone who is walking strong in faith, we try to encourage them as much as possible, but sometimes they aren’t willing to listen.

We must not be in a hurry to get the response we want.

That’s when, despite how much we think it is a waste of time to speak, the Lord gives us what we need to help them.

As He promised, He is with us all the time, leading and guiding us.

He wouldn’t have put us in this position if He wasn’t going to be there for us.

To our surprise, they accept the Word and begin to trust in the Lord.

In the end, accepting Him as their Lord and Savior.

When God sent Moses to lead His people out of Egypt, Moses thought that he was able to do it by himself and went to work too fast.

Even though he knew he was called for the purpose, he still needed to know his own weaknesses.

This was the effect of more knowledge of God and of himself.

There are many things God can give us to help us with the challenges of life.

They can be material comfort, healing or an immediate solution to our problems, and sometimes He does.

But the greatest gift He gives us is Himself.

Our greatest comfort, that no matter what happens in our lives, He will be there with us.

A WORD OF PRAYER

Lord, we are thankful for the wonderful promises that you will be with us always. There amid all life’s ups and downs. May we forever rely on Your presence, knowing that You are walking with us.

In Jesus Name We Pray, Amen
