Remarkable

Thine, O LORD, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all.
1 Chronicles 29:11 KJV

We marvel at the many things of beauty. Be it the many types of art, nature, clothing designs, fascinating buildings. Things that bring a wonderful experience.

When we think about architecture, one can only think about art and the designing it took to create the buildings we see.

None of us truly know the magnificence of temples, the buildings around them, and the quantities of gold and silver that the people used to build them in the days of David.

What we do know, is the riches of Christ exceed the splendor of any temple.

David gave solemn thanks to the Lord, instead of bragging on himself and trying to take credit for all that had been done with regards to the temple.

There were others that attempted to take and keep the Lord’s temple as their own, resulting in death.

They failed to realize that the only use or real advantage, was, to consecrate it to the service of Him who gave it to them.

The Savior has blessed mankind with the ability to admire the beauty of nature and the knowledge to design great things.

But our truest admiration should be given to God Himself.

Giving praise because He is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty, for all that is in the heaven and in the earth.

A WORD OF PRAYER

Father, there are many wonderful things we see in the earth. From the beauty of nature and the abilities afforded man to build things. When we think about this, let us remember that it was You, who in all Your greatness and love for us, made it possible. We give You all the honor and praise for all that You have done and will do in our lives.

In Jesus Name We Pray, Amen
