Wives are to submit themselves to their husbands in the Lord, which includes honoring and obeying them, from a principle of love and respect to them.
The Lord engages us to submit one to another in all He has commanded. To promote His glory, and to fulfil our duties to each other.
There will be failures and shortcomings on both sides, it’s a part of human nature, but it should not hinder the unity and love of a marriage.
God keeps believers from sinning against Him. Preventing the worst evils and the many painful effects it can cause.
When we adhere to the Word, we can adore and rejoice in the love of Christ. A love that is shown throughout the house.
