Praise is the song of a soul set free.
Our hearts should be filled with praise and gratitude for all that the Lord has done for us.
He has the power to help us when we are weak and the grace to help us even when we are not worthy.
The psalmist waited patiently. Even with all that he was going through, he continued believing, hoping, and praying.
The same was true of Christ. His faced much agony and eventually, dying on the cross.
Just like Christ waited patiently for God, if we do the same it will not be in vain.
Many, by faith, will acknowledge the sufferings and glory of Christ. Learning what it means to fear the justice and trust in the mercy of God through Him.
God has given us hope, and just like the psalmist, we need to sing a song of praise.
Sing of His goodness and mercy towards all who believe.
Thanking Him for filling us with joy, as well as peace.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Father, You are more than worthy of our praise and worship. We magnify You with a voice of thanksgiving and we lift our hands in praise. We put our trust in You and the Lord. Thank You for the deliverance from all that is not according to Your will.
