Philippians 4:5 NKJV
As believers we are to be of one mind, and ready to help each other.
In ministry, we will always have to speak about sin.
We all know that the way someone presents something determines how well it is received.
When talking with someone about sin, we must be careful to combine the truth with the gentleness of Christ.
Gentleness helps us to make a point without making an enemy or someone mad. Causing them to reject the Word.
We don’t want anyone to suffer hardships.
Just like the Lord, we should desire all to be redeemed.
We know that the day of judgment will soon arrive, with full redemption to believers, and destruction to ungodly men.
Remember from whence we have all come and gentleness that was, and still is being, bestowed on us.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, in spite of all our weakness and fears, may we look to You for the guidance we need to speak out about sin and the redeeming power of the Word. Giving glory and honor to You for the grace and favor You bestow on us. Thank You for showing us how to do it.
