No Other Way

For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.  1 Corinthians 1:18 KJV

The cross is a significant and noticeable reminder of the Blood that Jesus shed for us all.

Reminding us of all He went through for us and how He is preparing us for our eternal home.

Seeing it and hearing about His sacrifice, helps to bring lost souls to Christ.

Paul knew this and even with his Jewish learning, his preaching of a crucified Jesus, was more powerful than anything else.

A preaching that Christ being crucified is the foundation of all our hopes. The fountain of all our joys. That by His death we live.

For lost sinners, the preaching of salvation is seen as foolishness.  They see it as something that opposes what they like to do.

But for those who receive the gospel, we see more of God’s wisdom and power in the doctrine of Christ crucified.

We are enlightened by the Spirit of God and all His works.

Receive, Believe and Live.

A WORD OF PRAYER

Father, the gospel is seen as foolishness to all men who don’t receive it and are on the road to destruction. But for those who believe,Your message is clear and when it is presented, causes man to change their ways. To travel down a road of wisdom and power. No matter our desires, may we be thankful, stand on the Word and the sacrifice You made for us all.

In Jesus Name We Pray, Amen
