Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife. Matthew 1:24 KJV
The Bible is filled with truth.
It is filled with many miracles.
God is always talking to us.
Revealing the things that will help us keep the faith and understand the purpose for our lives.
There will be times when we are resting, and a thought comes to mind.
At the time we may not know what it is regarding, but in time we do.
There will always be things we hear and see that give us reason to wonder.
But everything in the Word is true.
To this day there are many who have a hard time believing that Mary was a virgin when she gave birth to Jesus.
If God was able to create all things and take a rib from Adam and create Eve (Genesis 1-2), why shouldn’t we believe that He was able to impregnate Mary to birth our Lord and Savior, Jes us Christ.
Yes, Joseph, being the man that he was, was trying to figure things out.
He had his doubts about Mary and thoughts about not taking her as his wife.
But while he was trying to decide what his next steps were going to be, God sent him a word (Matthew 1:19-20 KJV).
An “angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost” (Matthew 1:20 KJV).
Joseph did as the angel of the Lord had told him. He did it speedily, without delay. Cheerfully, without dispute. (Matthew 1:21 KJV).
When we are at a loss, is just one of the times when God comes to us with instructions.
He knows that when we are confused and unsure of what we are doing, His Divine comforts are the most delightful things our soul could ask for.
When we live by the Word, all our steps in life will go in the direction God has set for us.
Our steps will always be safe and end up in comfort.
Take the time to listen to or read the many testimonies or articles about the many miracles felt all over the world.
Belief in the Savior and the Word always leads to experiencing miracles.
To see the mighty works, He desires to do in each of our lives.
A b WORD OF PRAYER
Father, through the Word and our experiences in life, You are always trying to tell us something. It is up to us to listen. No matter what our circumstances may be, You have a miracle ready to show up in the time of need. Help us in our times of unbelief. We want to be a vessel faithfully working according to Your will.
In Jesus’ Name We Pray, Amen
