Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied. Jude 1:2 KJV
It’s not hard for any one of us to find ourselves in a situation that could lead to us going against what we know is right.
Those are the times we must remain steadfast in faith.
As Christians, we are called out of the world, and the evilness that abounds in it.
We are above anything that the world could offer.
We have been ordained to higher and better things.
To Heaven. To the things that are unseen and eternal.
Called from sin to Christ.
When we accept His calling, we no longer trust in ourselves,
We know we have received grace, and our trust is to remain in Him alone.
Jude 1:2 tells us, His mercy is the spring and fountain of our lives.
It brings hope not only to the miserable, but to the guilty.
With His mercy we can also find peace.
From our peace, springs love.
The love we get from Christ, the love we show to Him and the love we show to one another.
The more we live by the Word, the more they are multiplied.
And as Jude; the servant of Jesus Christ has told us.
It is for all who “are sanctified by God the Father and preserved in Jesus Christ (Jude 1:1).
Let us be constant, faithful, and loyal to the gospel.
It is the only source that guards and protects us.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Father, we appreciate the mercy, peace and love You give us. For guarding us against all that the enemy tries to bring to our lives. We know that with prayer, praise, and our studying of the Word it will continue. Thank You for all that You are doing and will do for us.
