There are times when we sit back and think about our future.
What it holds for us and the plans we have for it.
But God has the final word.
We have all found ourselves in situations of change in the direction we were taking.
We started off doing one thing and found ourselves doing something else.
Those are the times we need to step back and listen at what the Father is trying to tell us.
His renewing grace alone is what prepares the heart for every good work we are to do in this lifetime.
Someone once said, we should write our plans in pencil, but give God the eraser.
He will either turn our dreams into reality or show us how we need to turn our lives in another direction.
When we make God’s glory our end and His Will our rule, He will direct our steps by His Spirit and grace (Proverbs 16:9).
Keep trusting God.
His way is always so much better, and He always knows what is best for each of us.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Father, in anything we do let us make Your glory our end. Making Your will rule in our lives. Letting You direct us by Your Spirit and grace. We are thankful that You are looking at the plans we try to make for our lives and give us directions if there are changes to be made. Thank You.
