I’m Going Over There

Read: John 14:1-6

And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. John 14:3 KJV

Not a day goes by when we don’t think about something in our lives that we have gone through.

Something in our lives we are going through right now.

We could spend a lifetime thinking about them and constantly feel that we are all alone.

As Christ’s disciples, we are to keep our minds quiet, when everything else is raging around us.

Keeping our trust in Him.

He is the Truth and the Life.

He fulfills all the prophecies of the Savior and is a life-giving Spirit to which the dead in sin can come to Him and be saved.

We receive this blessing by believing that He is our Mediator and will give us comfort.

Remembering that He has told us that the happiness of heaven is ours.

That He has gone to prepare a place for us.

That in His house are many mansions, for those that believe and are brought to glory.

It is good to know that His mansions are lasting dwelling.

They are bright mansions where no nights will come.

That make it where all our worries come to an end.

Christ is the Author and the Finisher of our Faith.

He is the sinner’s way to the Father and to Heaven.

All we have to do is believe in the revelations God sends our way.

Because the works of the Redeemer are true.

A WORD OF PRAYER

Father, it is good to know that despite what we are gong through, You are there. That You are preparing a place for us in Heaven. A mansion that is full of peace. That where You are, we may be also. All we have to do is trust and believe. Thank You Father.

In Jesus Name We Pray, Amen
