It’s human nature to want to oversee things.
Making plans is a normal part of life.
We try to set a time to do things and get frustrated when it doesn’t go as planned.
Feeling like we don’t have control of our lives.
None of us know what the day will bring.
As followers of Christ, we need to take a step back.
Pray about our situation and yield to His control.
To ask for help and guidance is a good thing.
We can do it without fear.
The Lord is the best One to ask for directions.
Reminding ourselves that He would never lead us in the wrong way.
He only has the best in mind for us.
Believing that He can handle anything He allows to come into our lives.
We just need to relax in Him.
The best place to be is in His hands.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, we know we are to plan and live responsibly, but we also know that we are to be wise to recognize You are in control. We do not know what the future holds. What we do know is, the best place for us to be is in Your hands.
